Bob has repeatedly updated this statement repeatedly with the hopes that by publishing made up facts about people he will somehow remain not liable. In reality he himself verbally tells people who is who. Again and again, it's been shown in courts that even if the person doesn't write the name of the individual they are writing about but it's still publicly known, the anonymity serves no purpose in the case of libel.
